The passenger door went in about the same as the driver's door, but faster because I knew what I was doing. The one big difference is I found another bolt hole that I didn't see on the driver's door. It's hidden in a recess and acts as a securing point for the vertical trim bar / front glass track.
I took the card off the driver's door and found that the bolt head was snapped off with the bolt mostly still in the embedded nut. It's going to be tricky to pull out so I decided to leave it for now.
